Bounces

Throw the Diabolo up as usual and keep the string taught. When the Diabolo comes back down use the taught string to bounce the Diabolo back up. Repeat this and then throw the Diabolo back up and catch it as usual.

Over The Falls

Turn 90 degrees to your left, take the left stick and hold it parallel to your body. Now take the right hand stick and wrap it over the left. Keep wrapping the sticks over each other until there is not enough string left. Then flick the Diabolo over both sticks and turn back to your usual position.

Sun

Turn 90 degrees to your left and point the two stick outwards and slightly inwards whilst keeping them roughly horizontally. Then simply swing the Diabolo outwards over the sticks and return to normal position.

Multiple Trapezes

Hold the sticks out horizontally and swing the Diabolo over the right hand stick whilst it is still attached to the string. Then catch the Diabolo on the remaining piece of string. At this point the Diabolo will be spinning on the string whilst wrapped over the stick. To get out of this all you need to do is flick the Diabolo back over the stick and it will unravel.

Grind

Turn 90 degrees to your left, flick the Diabolo into the air and catch it on the stick. If the Diabolo starts to roll to far to one end just tilt the stick to keep it in the middle of the stick. To get the Diabolo off the stick al you need to do is flick it off again, turn back to your usual position and catch it.

Put your right leg over the string and swing the Diabolo to your right, When it reaches the edge of the string flick it over your leg and catch it on the other side. You want a flowing motion so after the first time use the Diabolos own momentum to get it to the edge of the string.

Cats Cradle

First get the Diabolo into the Trapeze then take the left stick and put it through the string that is doubled up over the stick. Then simply pop the Diabolo into the air and pull the strings tight making sure the string doesn't slip of the stick. You should then find that the string has formed the Cats Cradle, from there all you need to do is bounce it and then throw it up, slip the sting off the stick by pointing the sticks inwards and pulling. Then catch it.

Throw the Diabolo into the air. When it back comes down catch the Diabolo by wrapping the string over the top and around the Diabolo in midair. The strings should then be crossed so to get out of this all you need to do is a Trapeze, followed by another half Trapeze. During the second Trapeze you need to flick the Diabolo off the string half way through and catch it.
